Earlier today Dotcom released this DubLite bootleg of Can’t Stop Me Now, and I have to say, as a girl who’s not usually into the step, I dig it. If you’re looking for an Intense womping wobbling tangle of head-banging beats, this is probably not for you. On the other hand, if you straddle the fence of filthy with occasional Skrillex-fandom but occasional questioning of whether Dubstep is really music or just a misinterpreted form of alien communications, this track serves as a nice transition point. Afrojack gives a lot to work with, and Dotcom takes full advantage of the melodies and spikes to create this well-produced version of an instant EDM classic. Enjoy.
