Hurricane Sandy Progressive House Care Package

DML.fm

If you follow us regularly, you’d know that our servers were shot earlier today. We can’t promise 24/7 tunes, so we’ve gone ahead and provided some provisions for y’all. Just in case the site is on the fritz later this week, I’m going ahead and delivering Thursday Tunes-quality tunes to get you through hurricanes, tsunamis, or midterms.

Remember that incredible Richello remix I posted a couple days back? Well, he’s got a lot more coming and the first smash to pop up is “Elation”, his newest original mix. In celebration of 2,000 on Facebook, he’s offering this one up as a freebie and I’m calling this one a must-download. Richello is on top of the game right now, and he’s headed to big things fast.

We wash that one down with a gorgeous remix by DML newcomers Dirty Drunks. They compose an incredibly uplifting progressive house to one of Foo Fighters’ biggest hits in “Best Of You. Throw these guys a like, or keep eyes on DML, because they’ll definitely be making a return.

Speaking of solid progressive house remixes, perhaps nobody has been on a greater tear recently than Leo V. Everything he’s touched in the past couple months have been absolute gems. He strikes back again with this original effort aptly titled “Turn Off Your Mind”.

From there, we’ve got a couple mashes to share. First, the masterminds of PRFFTT & Svyable have dropped off this fresh new vocal edit to Ingrosso & Tommy’s “Reload” featuring some timeless Calvin Harris vocals. These guys are bound to blow up next year, so be sure to keep tabs on them as 2012 dies down.

We’ve released a couple of Kaskade’s Freaks of Nature mashes in the past few weeks and they’ll all been spectacular. The savior of American EDM comes up strong with his latest release, a Nicky Romero x Kaskade A/B featuring “Toulouse” and “Turn It Down”. Pick this up party people.

I’ve posted Michael Scott‘s work on DML once or twice with modest reception, however that all changes tonight. The upcoming producer from the Vancouver area recently let out a seven-track bootleg pack that’s absolute EDM party fuel. I honestly can’t believe it’s not butter.

As we wrap things up, I want to introduce you to something special. Sex Ray Vision, longtime DML staple and constant progressive powerhouse, has divided and is lived on by Ravi’s eponymous side project. He’s spit out a couple originals the past couple weeks, but what really caught my ear was this Morgan Page edit he’s done. If you’re a fan of classic SRV sounds, this is your song.

And to finish the week off, I’d like to make Thomas Cloud’s DML debut. He’s a 21-year old Polish producer who’s making all the right moves and the right sounds. “Living A Dream” is his newest single and though it’s an instrumental, it’s a splendid sign of things to come from Poland!
