Power

I have to say that I am always skeptical of the old sample a Black woman belting it out over a beat technique, it brings back a lot of 90’s memories and I start seeing Cross Colours. However, This newly released single “Power” from UK producer Fantastic Mr. Fox aka Stephen Gomberg is set a part from the pack.

Backed by Black Acre Records, the 12″ edit  has all the essential pieces (beats, synths, low bass) put together in a way that feels so wrong that it is incredibly right. Nothing quite matches and yet it all goes together perfectly. I sincerely hope that your Friday is not half as complex but is just as awesome as this.
