Above me you will find an hour-long Madeon set. I love you too, world. Below me, you will find six of the funkiest sounds to hit the internet this week. DML’s bringing the 70′s back to life yet again, so pop a squat. We’ll start things off nice and funky with Funkhameleon, who just threw out this great freebie for the world to hear. Louis La Roche is no stranger to the site, and he makes his return with his newest remix, this time of Lonsdale Boys Club and their new single “Light Me Up”. Perhaps the only thing better than a Treasure Fingers remix is a remix of a Treasure Fingers track itself. Le Nonsense does just that with “Take My Hand”, and the result towers above the original product. If you were a fan of the Major Lazer remix we posted back in the debut, we have excellent news as Un Mec has just created this fantastic new original production. He’s new to the game, but I’m very excited for his future and to see where he ends up. Following that, we’ve got an American producer (hooray). Trev-Ski, out of Baltimore, provides an excellent summer track with “Barbados Girl”. He definitely brings the boogie with this one. And to end the week off proper, we’ve got a new original from Les Enfants Terrible, which should provide the final funk for your week.
