The third single from Odd Future’s The OF Tape Vol. 2 now has an official video. Here is a great conceptual visual demonstrating the creative genius of the collective group. Tyler the Creator has always been Golf Wang’s leading man, and he proves he’s worthy of the title by directing, starring in, and scoring “Sam Is Dead”. It’s a game of manhunt between some soldiers and Odd Future’s members, as if to symbolize the scrutiny and doubt against Odd Future’s movement. Tyler assumes a bunch of roles in the video and I am thoroughly impressed by the wit behind all the videos Odd Future lets loose. They always seem to make me hit replay over and over, just trying to get to the bottom of what is really going on.
